A public address is safe to share with anyone. A recovery phrase is not, ever, to anyone. That is the whole difference and it is the first thing worth knowing.

An address of your own, and the one rule that protects it.

  1. Install a wallet from its official site — we link them, and links are the only thing we give you here.
  2. Write the recovery phrase on paper. Not in a photo, not in a note, not in a chat.
  3. Paste your address below. A public address is safe to share; a recovery phrase never is.
